Based on articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (hereinafter the LFPDP).

1. The Company is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use given to them, for transferring them to third parties, members of the consortium providing outsourcing services, for their protection and indefinite storage.
2. That we only collect your personal data for the following purposes:
a). For work purposes.
b). For identification purposes.
c). For the purpose of integrating your personal file.
d). For payroll processing purposes and your registration with the IMSS.
e). Recruitment and selection process.
3. The Company has in its files information that could qualify as sensitive as indicated by the LFPDP, provided by you during the hiring process and during your time at the service of the Company.
4. That The Company will treat and protect your personal data based on the principles of lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility enshrined in the LFPDP.
5. That with regard to your personal data, you are informed that you can access such information, and where appropriate, rectify, cancel or even object to it (ARCO Rights), by means of the written notice you submit for this purpose, following the guidelines established in article 29 of the LFPDP.
6. In order to limit the use or disclosure of personal data, The Company safeguards them under computer programs with limited access through the use of passwords with high security specifications, only to people who, by reason of their functions, are granted powers to do so. With regard to physical documents containing personal data, The Company keeps them in locked files, to which only personnel who, for the purpose of their duties, are granted powers to do so have access.
7. The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice in the future. In any case, any change in the information or in the way in which your Personal Data is stored or used will be communicated to you in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDP.
Your recognition of the Privacy Notice granted to you, as well as your consent to the processing of your Personal Data, on the understanding that at all times they will be treated with the greatest possible security and confidentiality.
