Digital Transformation in Well Management

In this project, we helped a consortium dedicated to natural gas extraction to improve the management and monitoring of its wells. We implement cellular and satellite transmission technologies, a web SCADA system and a mobile application for real-time monitoring and instant alerts. This resulted in significant improvements in operational efficiency, cost reduction and increased safety, highlighting our ability to adapt to customer needs.

Challenge
The consortium needed instant visibility of the operating conditions of the wells to avoid costly and recurring production stoppages, thus optimizing resources and improving profitability.
Solution
We implement dual transmission technologies, a web SCADA system with automated alerts and a mobile app for quick response to contingencies, hosted in an exclusive private cloud.
We reduced response times to problems by 50%, fewer on-site visits by 40%, and improved the ability to customize reports and alerts based on specific customer needs.

Testimony

“Apollocom offered timely and clear care, complying with the agreed plans and effectively adapting to our needs.”

- Ing. Ricardo Barrios, Apollo Chemistry.

Conclusion
The successful implementation strengthened our reputation for improving efficiency and safety. We look forward to expanding our collaboration to continue to improve our telemetry solutions and contribute to continued customer success.
